My father is a big man, on top of being elderly and disabled/mobility challenged. We got the chair today and got it unboxed and set up relatively easily. It takes some doing, and in no way will take you only 10 minutes to set up as it's heavy and awkward, and the packaging is a hassle to get rid of. But that's the only gripe and it's not a cheap product so it takes the time that it takes to get it set up. The chair is easy to actually put together and intelligently designed for long time use with the stability legs. The materials are nice and the chair sits comfortably. The reclining goes back far, into a nice laying position for someone who can't really easily use a bed. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase and it's definitely saying something when the packaging is the biggest pain. To top it all off, customer support was very timely and honest in reassuring me on a quick delivery and that's exactly what I recieved. Thanks!

They're very clear about how it comes in two packages, but I was still a little worried when the first package arrived by itself. They responded almost immediately when I messaged them and provided the tracking number for the second package which was indeed just hours away from being delivered as well. In all, they ended up arriving a week earlier than promised - I was very happy! It was quick work to assemble, and my mother-in-law is VERY happy with her new chair - she broke her hip a few months ago and its very painful to stand up out of a regular chair. This makes her life so much better.

Great chair! My mom needed this chair. She 78 and is overweight and lives with my brother who lives with Autism. They were able to easily put the chair together in about 30 minutes... no problem. She loves it.
